This Online Privacy Policy explains how Constellation Insurance, Inc. (“Constellation”) and its affiliates, including AuguStar Financial (“AuguStar”) (collectively, “we,” “us,” or “our”), collect, use, disclose, and protect information obtained through our websites, which include constellationinsurance.com and augustarfinancial.com (collectively, “Websites”), as well as the rights available to users under applicable privacy laws. This policy applies only to information collected online through our Websites. It does not govern information collected when you apply for our insurance products or services, which is governed by our Privacy Notice. This Online Privacy Policy is in addition to our other privacy notices, including our California Privacy Notice, applicable to California residents.
Note, we are licensed and registered to provide products and services in the United States only; therefore, our Websites and the information contained within them is intended for use in the United States only.
